Read the diet:
Day 1
Only fruits, except bananas, litchi, mangoes and grapes! Choose melon, watermelon, pomegranate, apples, limes, oranges, strawberries and whatever else you like. You can eat 20 times a day if you want, but only fruits.
Day 2
Only vegetables. Start your day with a boiling potato with a teaspoon on top. For the rest of the day, you can only eat raw, boiled or otherwise you want roasted vegetables without oil. No more than 1 potato a day is allowed. You can add herbs and lemons to make it easier to consume,
Day 3

Milk and bananas. You are free to consume up to 6 bananas and about 1.5 liters of milk. They are excellent sources of potassium and sodium that the body needs, as their levels have decreased due to limited salt intake.
You can also consume vegetable soup (tomatoes, onions, garlic, zucchini, carrots, potatoes).
Day 5
Another day you won't go hungry. Your menu today will include tomatoes, cottage cheese, chicken, soy and vegetable soup. Don't forget to drink plenty of water!
Day 6
Like the fifth day with the only difference that you are not allowed to eat tomatoes today.
Day 7
It's the last day of your diet! By now you should feel light and a sense of happiness flooding you. Today you can drink whatever fruit juice you want, a bowl of rice and whatever vegetable you want.

-12-15 glasses of water
-No fruit juices except the seventh day
-45 minutes of daily exercise or daily walking ... lots of walking.
-If you want to lose weight for a special occasion then you should try this diet at least 2 months in advance. Each week left a gap of 3 to 5 days.
